Amanzi is a bright and spacious property, tastefully decorated with a relaxed coastal theme and neutral colour palette. The open plan kitchen, large lounge and dining room all enjoy amazing ocean views across Jervis Bay.

Amanzi's 5 bedrooms can accommodate 12 people comfortably

Main Bedroom

Positioned at the front of the house the main bedroom is a bright and spacious sun filled room with views to Collingwood Beach. The main bedroom has a queen bed with generous built-in wardrobes. Furnished with classic walnut furniture and tastefully decorated with a neutral tones of beautiful handwoven African baskets.

The second queen bedroom is also positioned at the front of the house and is a bright and sun filled room with views to Collingwood Beach.  With a built-in wardrobe there is able storage and this room is also furnished with classic walnut furniture and tastefully decorated with a neutral tones and African tapestries and tribal masks.

Our third bedroom has a beautiful wooden tri bunk consisting of a double and a single bed, sleeping three people. Tastefully decorated with a beautiful rustic wooden chest of drawers and collected treasures found on many of our afternoon beach walks. 

BEDROOM four

The forth bedroom has single sized bunks that sleep two, a perfect room for the kids. A toy basket will keep the kids entertained in their own hideaway. A travel cot is also available if needed, please advise at the time of your booking.

BEDROOM Five

Our newly renovated fifth bedroom is decorated with traditional beach house lining boards and bright cobalt blue furnishings. Positioned at the rear of the property the fifth bedroom has separate access from the back patio and opens onto the back garden. Featuring a tri bunk with a double bed and a single, the room sleeps three. It has ample storage with two chests of drawers. 

2 BATHROOMS

Amanzi has 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has bath and shower, with a separate toilet so is perfect for families or large groups. The second bathroom is located off the laundry at the rear of the garage. This bathroom is complete shower, with washing machine and clothes dryer, and separate toilet. We also have a great hot water outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt after a swim in the bay.

If you need extra beds then the sofa bed located in the living room can be converted to sleep two. We also have a travel cot available at no extra charge for infants. Please enquire when placing your booking.

FRONT PATIO

The house offers expansive entertaining areas with a sun drenched front patio and enjoy the amazing sunrise over Jervis Bay from your doorstep. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sundowner looking across Collingwood beach and Jervis Bay.

The property also features a large covered rear entertaining area with dining table and deluxe large gas BBQ and wok burner.  There is plenty of entertaining spaces with a separate paved sun deck complete with adirondack chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun.  The outdoor centrepiece would have to be the rustic fire pit, the ideal spot to gather when entertaining with friends.
